As President and General Contractor, Bill has been in real estate and construction since 1985. He has built over 1,000 homes under his name, plus done many remodeling projects. An avid outdoorsman, Bill enjoys fishing, bird hunting, canoeing and hiking in Wisconsin. Bill knows the power and importance of family. He is the husband of Laura Weber, Vice President of their company, and father of their four children. Their business has been built on Bill’s superior construction skills, integrity, and concern for helping others reach their goal of owning a new home of enduring quality. It’s his down-to-earth philosophy that really makes the building process exciting and fun.

Laura is a lifelong resident of the Madison area and graduate of UW-Madison. She has extensive professional experience in sales and customer service. As Vice President of Bill Weber, Jr. Homes, she is responsible for managing the office, color selections and coordinating warranty work.

JUSTIN WEBER
Draftsman/ Field Supervisor

Justin completed MATC’s Construction Management program. He has worked for Bill Weber, Jr. Homes since 2015. Justin schedules the flow of work on the job sites and covers all the details particular to each home. His skills in the field and working with employees and sub-contractors to make sure our homes are built correctly and on schedule, are a vital part of the home building process. As our draftsperson, Justin’s experience with framing and being on-site knows exactly what our sub-contractors need to see on the plans to build each home correctly, efficiently, and to exacting standards. When Justin isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his dogs to hunt pheasant, duck, and grouse.
TRISTAN WEBER
New Construction Specialist/ Realtor

Tristan graduated UW LaCrosse with a degree in Accounting. Tristan brings new ideas and enthusiasm to every project he is on. He has worked for Bill Weber, Jr. Homes since 2017. Tristan obtained his real estate sales license and sells our homes as an agent of First Weber. He spends his days creating new processes, working on generating sales and in the office and putting his accounting and business management skills in action. Tristan is known to enjoy a little wake-boarding now and then, along with snow-boarding, playing guitar, hunting and fishing.
CASEY MCCOSKY

From finishes to framing, no matter how big or tedious the job is, we rely on Casey to get the job done right. Casey has been working with us since 2019 and we love his ever ready work ethic. Casey has really grown a lot in his framing skills and we look forward to him eventually leading his own crew. When Casey isn’t on the job site, he’s either fishing or serving our country in the Armed Forces.

Steve was a great addition to our team in the spring of 2020. Steve is an extremely hard worker and takes pride in being the jokester on the job site. Steven has really progressed and will eventually be leading a framing crew of his own. We’re glad Steve is on our team and excited to see him grow in our company.
