We hired Bill Weber Jr Homes to help us finish our basement. Our home is newer and was actually built by Bill and his team, so it was a no-brainer that when it came time to finish the basement, we called Bill first. We wanted to do some of the work ourselves so only used Bill’s team for a few pieces, but Bill was still available to help with any questions we had that came up throughout the entire process. We relied heavily on Bill’s experience and expertise especially when it came to moving load-bearing walls. His team handled that for us and did a remarkable job, and we learned a lot from the experience as well.
Bill’s estimates are always remarkably accurate and his planning and scheduling are the best we have ever dealt with. We have done a lot of contract work within the trades and Bill is the only one so far who understands that we all have other things going on an can’t wait around for teams to show up. He sets a schedule and his teams adhere to it, as it should be. We are not sure why others in the trades don’t quite understand this.
